Return & Refund

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase, which is why we provide a 30-day return policy.

To start a return process, kindly reach out to us at info@mickymart.com.au with a detailed description and photos of the item to help us better understand the issue. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags, and must not have been used or worn.

In the event of a return, any associated shipping fees are non-refundable, and there will be a 10% restocking fee. For free shipping items, the shipping fee will be calculated and deducted from the refund amount. Please ensure that you have your order confirmation number when requesting a return. The policy requires that all returns or exchanges be made within 14 days from the date of the initial request of return or exchange. 

We will approve your return before providing you with a shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Damages and issues 

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item to us in its original or similar packaging by reaching out to us at info@mickymart.com.au.

 Please note that any shipping costs associated with the return will not be refunded. If the item is damaged in transit due to inadequate packing, the customer will be liable for any damages.

If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will take care of the shipping and send you a new item. However, we can only replace damaged parts if the item has not been assembled.

Please inspect the item for any damages or defects upon receipt. If you receive the wrong order, please be patient while we rectify the situation. Once we receive the wrong item back in its original condition, we will send you the correct item.

Change Of Mind

We understand that you may change your mind or not be satisfied with the order you received. If you wish to return it, please contact us. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs, and any applicable charges will be deducted from your refund as per our 30 days return policy. 

Exchanges

"If you have purchased an item that you would like to exchange, please contact us immediately before we ship the item to avoid any shipping fees. If the value of the exchange item is higher than the item you originally ordered, we will calculate the difference in price and any shipping fee difference and send you an invoice to pay the outstanding balance before processing your order.

If you have already received the item and would like to exchange it, any associated shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. We ask that you wait until we receive the item back before we send the new or exchanged item.

Please note that all exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date, and the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange requests that do not meet these requirements."

Cancellation

To cancel an order you mistakenly placed, please inform us within 24 hours of placing the order. Please be aware that a 10% restocking fee and any applicable third-party payment deductions will be deducted from your refund.

To receive a refund and cancel your purchase, kindly inform us in advance. In case the item has already been shipped or scheduled for collection, we will deduct a 10% restocking fee and shipping fees from your refund.

Once we receive the returned item at our location, we will process your refund and refund it to your original payment method.

Refunds

Once we receive and examine your return, we will inform you about the approval or disapproval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your initial payment method, and you can expect to receive it within 3 to 10 business days.

However, please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us at Info@mickymart.com.au.

 

Warranty Policy:

 Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

1. to cancel your service contract with us; and
2. to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

1. Warranty Coverage:

 Our store provides a warranty for all baby items purchased from us, including but not limited to strollers, high chairs, baby carriers, and playpens. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship that occur within the warranty period.

2. Warranty Period:

Our store provides a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Please note:

 We provide only 6-month warranty for all electrical toys and play mats. After the warranty period expires, you will be responsible for purchasing the necessary parts and covering the shipping costs.

3. Warranty Claims and Procedure:

To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice. Customers must also notify us of the defect or fault within a reasonable time frame after discovering it.

Customers can make a warranty claim by contacting us via phone, email or in-store. They will be required to provide details about the product, the defect or fault, and any relevant photos or videos.

Once the warranty claim has been assessed and approved, we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will provide a refund or store credit.

4. Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage. The warranty is also void if the item has been modified or repaired by an unauthorized person.

5. Australian Consumer Law:

Our warranty policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Customers may still have additional rights and remedies under the law, which are not affected by this policy.

6. Changes to Warranty Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via our website or in-store.
